We all very well know that 1 concept in isolation never really work in Vedic astrology. It’s the holistic picture which holds the key for accurate analysis. Still to learn Vedic Astrology, you need to go step wise only. Indeed that’s why on demand of my students, clients and readers, I am taking up few basic but most important concepts which would act like a mirror in your hands to see the real shape (good or bad) of any chart.

The concept which I will be covering under this write up would be only 1, but don’t take it as less as it is the spinal cord of the Predictive astrology i.e.:

In which all houses a planet would love to go in

(Remember, as I have directed in my Cusp chart write up, House lordships and planetary placements HAS TO BE SEEN AS PER CUSP CHART or K.P CHART and in which sign a planet is actually placed is to be seen as per lagan chart or birth chart).

See, Though every basic astrological book covers this basic thing in DETAIL, but that’s where the problem starts, a reader just get completely engulfed in those details and by the time he finishes reading those 150 pages (taking into account all the placements of all planets for all ascendants), he first go to sleep, and when he wakes up, a good sweet and sour dish gets formed in his dreams with all these placements as ingredients. Then to resolve their confusion people come to people like me and asks, Nikhil “what will happen if my Saturn is placed in 4th house being the lord of 10th and 11th houses”, Nikhil “what will happen if Venus is placed in 8th being the lord of 6th and 11th houses”

Secondly books do not take into account many rules at one go, to decide a good planetary placement, which obviously I will do.

Therefore dear all, this article will be the answer to all such questions in this regard, so that I can also take a good sleep, obviously without the stress of those 150 pages.

So here is quick, sweet and crisp summary of good planetary placements taking into account many basic concepts of Astrology IN a BALANCED MANNER, like:
